This blog was solely a product of my own. While I made at the direction of an instructor, its content and design are of my creation. I produced pages that clearly stated my goals, my mission, and the qualification I possessed. With these preliminary elements in place, I continued with a blog post discussing the fiscal underpinnings of California's initiative system.

What I learned
Throughout the process of building this blog, I learned a multitude of skills relating to blogging and website creation. My research into the writing discipline revealed the importance of a strong structure, relaxed informed tone, and graphic elements. All these create an accessible and illuminating piece of writing. Beyond these writing conventions, I acquired some basic skills relating to web design.
